Fighter “F.I.T” Camp (6 week seasonal camp)

            Train like a World Class Boxer, but the fight is not won in the ring! It’s about fighting through fatigue, fighting for a healthier lifestyle, pushing beyond your limits, and showing dedication for the next 6weeks. Fighter “F.I.T” Camp is designed for the average Joe, to an elite athlete. The camp will help you reach your goals not only physically, but also build mental strength.

Box & Burn (1hour class)

            Boxing is an incredible way to get in shape and burn insane calories. Box & Burn starts with dynamic warm ups and shadowing boxing; in which you will learn combinations, footwork, blocks, and balance. Leading up to throwing combinations on the “heavy bag” which will help tone the arms, back, and chest. Then finishing with the “KNOCKOUT”, core works drills, to build a rock solid core!

Building lean muscle and burning more fat than a steady state cardio session, giving you the physique you have always wanted! You will utilize every major muscle group within H.I.I.T 360.

Youth Boxing (45mins)

            I.B.F.A is committed to making fitness fun for all ages! The youth program includes challenging classes that teaches basic technique and increases strength, while improving endurance. Youth boxing consist of shadow boxing, bag work, mitt work, partner drills and core exercise. We will have text days once a month to give the young cubs a chance to show case their skills and advancing in their program. Boxing allows kids to find their inner strengths and to overcome obstacles!

Bad Girls Club ($10 for Non-Members)

            Is designed for you fierce Lioness at any level, through hard work, determination, and dedication you will become the bad girls of the club! This group will meet twice a week outside of regular classes, for detailed training to help develop a fierce silhouette, boosts confidence, and will be taught self-defense. Where’s your woman POWER!
